Terms of Use

Effective date: June 17, 2026 · Last updated: June 17, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the trouvera.health website and the Trouvera digital-twin application (together, the "Services"), operated by Trouvera Health ("Trouvera," "we," "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. What Trouvera is — and is not

Trouvera provides general wellness and educational tools, including a personalized health "digital twin," interaction and pharmacokinetic information, and a non-diagnostic urgency indicator. Trouvera is not a medical provider, is not a substitute for professional medical care, and the Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease. Using the Services does not create a doctor-patient or other healthcare-provider relationship.

Medical & emergency disclaimer. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health professional with any questions about a medical condition, and before starting, stopping or changing any medication, supplement or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or saw in the Services. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. The Services are not for use in medical emergencies.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Beta software

Parts of the Services are in active beta testing and are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. You should not rely on the Services as your sole source of health information.

4. Acceptable use

5. Your data

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, share and protect your information and your control and deletion rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by Trouvera or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Trouvera™, NaturaBridge™, NeuroGuard™, CommitVest™, Synapta™, CRS™ and ArbiterAI™ are trademarks of Trouvera. The platform is built on a portfolio of patent-pending applications. No license to our marks or technology is granted except as expressly stated.

7. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Computational outputs are wellness and educational indicators, not clinical evidence.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trouvera and its officers, employees, agents and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of, or reliance on, the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trouvera and its personnel from claims arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting with a revised "Last updated" date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
